2020 | Meeting of the founders

After battling through Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) for many years and trying every promised cure under the sun, Skin Solace’s co-founders Louise and Jing independently came across a regenerative skin care clinic that was successfully treating TSW patients from all over the world, offering a much-needed glimpse of hope into fast-tracking their healing.

After experiencing first-hand the transformational effects of the safe and effective therapy, the pair dreamt of making it more accessible to skin sufferers worldwide.

So, in September 2020, Louise and Jing teamed up with the inventors of Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP therapy, Dr Chanchai Chutsirimongkol and Peerawat Jay, to transform their dream into reality.

2021 | Launch of Skin Solace

After months of planning in the midst of a pandemic, in June 2021, Skin Solace officially opened the doors to its first regenerative clinic, based in Andover, UK. Since then, a flurry of skin sufferers have travelled in from near and far to experience for themselves the life-changing benefits of the Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP treatment.

As of 2025, Skin Solace has supported more than 600 people with TSW with Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP treatment and conducted more than 1000 Info Sessions and Advice Calls.
