Delivery and Returns

  • We sell and ship CJAY Rejuvenate Serum to our designated distribution zones in the United Kingdom, Europe, United States and Canada. We do not sell or ship to Asia or Australia.

    If you are purchasing from Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia or New Zealand, please visit www.skinsolace.sg.

  • Our processing time for dispatch of all orders is 1-3 days.

    As our office is closed on Sunday and Monday, any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

    You will receive an email to confirm acknowledgement of your order, and another to let you know that your order has been dispatched.

    The dispatch email will contain your unique parcel tracking number, which you can use to keep an eye on its journey.

  • For urgent orders within the UK, we offer Royal Mail’s Next Day service.

    All remaining UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail’s 24h Tracked service, which takes 2-3 days.

    Testers are sent via 47h Tracked.

    Europe orders are delivered within 7-14 days and the US/Canada takes 8-21 days.

    The above timeframes are in addition to our internal processing time of 1-3 working days.

  • We pay all taxes on items delivered to the UK. However, if you are ordering from outside the UK, you may need to pay local sales/customs tax before your item is delivered.

    Please email us at info@skinsolaceclinic.co.uk and we'll try to give you an idea of tax (if any) based on the order you place and where you live.

    Please note: Skin Solace is not responsible for any import fees.

  • Unfortunately, during our time using Royal Mail’s standard services, which do not include tracking, a number of our orders went missing.

    To avoid this happening again, and to ensure all your orders reach you safely, we now exclusively use Royal Mail’s tracked shipping options.

    We are working on bringing you more affordable shipping rates very soon, so keep your eyes peeled.

  • Provided your order hasn't been shipped, we can amend your delivery address. To do so, please send an email as soon as possible to shop@skinsolaceclinic.co.uk including your order number and updated address.

    Please note: Skin Solace is not responsible for any package that goes missing due to an incorrect address having been inputted at checkout, or provided via email.

    Please double check your address before placing an order.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
