“Tomorrow is a new day.”Shortly after beginning my Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) journey back in 2018, I was left bed-bound for many months, forcing me to press pause on my career in IT and Clinical Data Analysis.
After hearing about a clinic in Singapore that was successfully treating Topical Steroid Withdrawal patients with a safe and effective therapy, I uprooted my life and moved abroad for three months in a bid to heal my skin.
As soon as I had experienced the life-changing effects of the Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP treatment, I knew I wanted to bring it to the UK to make it more accessible to others worldwide.

“The flower that blooms in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all.”Jing, whose background is in Social Work and Counselling, first started going through TSW back in 2011 having used Topical Steroid creams since birth.
After 8 years of trying countless remedies and promised cures that did not work, I finally discovered the Ultra-Pulse Contact CAP therapy which kickstarted me on the path of healing.
I was in awe of the treatment’s transformational effects and made it my mission to help alleviate the suffering of others, so Louise and I teamed up to make the dream a reality.

"Some seasons are for blooming, and some are for rooting."
I hold a degree in Biomedical Science and a Master's in Physician Associate Studies, but it was my own journey through Topical Steroid Withdrawal that led me to where I am today.Working in a clinic with the technology that helped transform my own recovery doesn't just feel like a job, it feels like where I'm meant to be. Every day, I'm committed to helping patients feel supported, understood, and hopeful throughout their own healing journey.
Healing takes time, and I'm proud to walk alongside our patients through every stage of it.
