Agreement for Provision of Services

You agree to advice sessions of 30-45 minutes with Skin Solace Clinic. These will take place at a mutually convenient time, and will be provided as telephone calls or online video calls agreed in advance.

You agree to pay the cost per session in advance. The number of sessions is not limited in number although there will be regular reviews and collaborative discussion regarding progress.

Our commitment to you

Each session will start and end at the agreed times.

We will make preparations for your call beforehand by assessing your photos and all provided medical history to us. 

We will do our utmost best to answer any questions you might have about your condition. When aspects of our sessions are discussed with our medical advisor based outside of the EU, they are to seek advice and further understanding into your condition to provide you the best care.

Your commitment to us

To attend punctually. Should the session start late, the remaining session will continue until the usual end time. We will make every attempt to contact you within the first 15 minutes, non-attendance after that time will end the session.

To ensure that your space is quiet and confidential and free from distractions when working online or by telephone.

Payment is made in advance of each session.

Should you cancel within less than the 48 hours’ notice agreed, or fail to attend an appointment, the full session fee will be charged. This may be waived in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

You understand that any assessment made or advice given is not intended to be a medical diagnosis, but opinions and recommendations made based on experience from treating Topical Steroid Withdrawal at Skin Solace Clinic.

Privacy Policy

You understand that we will need certain personal information from you (such as details of your relevant medical history and photos of your condition) in order to provide the services to you.   

We will use the personal information you provide to us to:
(a) provide the services;
(b) process your payment for such services; and
(c) inform you about similar products or services, news and offers that we provide via email or WhatsApp, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us. 

You hereby consent to us storing any personal and medical and health information belonging to you.  All information will be kept password protected.

You acknowledge that we may share personal details about you with our clinical advisor located outside the EU.
