CAP Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions
Validity Period
CAP Credit vouchers remain valid indefinitely, provided they are used at least once every 6 months from the date of the last redemption.
If a voucher is not fully or partially redeemed within 6 months of its last use, it will expire and cannot be used or refunded.
Redemption
Vouchers can be used toward Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP) therapy sessions only, subject to availability.
Multiple vouchers may be combined for a single booking or transaction.
To redeem, present the voucher(s) at the time of booking or payment, or enter the unique voucher code(s) on our website https://skinsolaceclinicbookings.as.me.
Discounted Purchase
Vouchers are available at a discount.
Discounts are applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Refunds
Partially used or expired vouchers are refundable based on the remaining balance.
Vouchers are refundable based on the amount paid, not the voucher’s face value.
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@skinsolaceclinic.co.uk.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, using the original payment method.
Exclusions
Vouchers cannot be used for products, special events, workshops, or non-CAP-related services unless explicitly stated.
Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or third-party offers unless specified.
Cancellation or Modification
Skin Solace Clinic reserves the right to cancel a voucher if obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
The clinic may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with updated terms posted on our website (www.skinsolaceclinic.co.uk).
